Bold in flavour, light and fine in body and texture. This is Charlotte's barrel fermented version of her Adelaide Hills Semillon. Twelve months on lees has bestowed wonderful depth, and with the prominent acidity and fine oak it's quite a heady, swirling mix. Long, intense. Enjoy now with air, or let it age comfortably for a few years more, at least.
