Bottle Apostle - Click & Collect Information

Our Click & Collect service lets you order online and collect from one of our four Bottle Apostle shops.  Simply select 'collect from shop' at the checkout and choose which location you would prefer, free of charge.  When your order is ready at the shop, we'll send you an email to let you know it's ready to collect. Please do not come to the shop to collect until you have received your email.

Please be aware that our team will ask for proof of identity when you come to pick up your order. If you have asked someone to collect your order for you, then they will also need to bring proof of your identity.

If you would like help choosing wines for your order, please call our shop teams who will happily assist you.

Most orders will be ready to collect within 24-48 hours, however some may take a little longer if we need to move stock over from a different branch to fulfil your order.  If this is the case we will contact you to ask if you would prefer to wait or make a substitution.
