A blend of perfectly ripe sharp, sweet, and bittersweet apples from orchard in the Exe Valley. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel, the aim was to create an aromatic, pure naturally sparkling pet nat with subtle tannic grip, and refreshing acidity. Flavours of orange and grapefruit pith, wild herbs and soft tannins on the palate. Made in collaboration with Tate Modern to celebrate The London Cider Salon 2024.
