Sparkling Wine, the mystifying liquid with bubbles, opened to celebrate special occasions, enjoyed throughout the world, held in high regards by drinks enthusiasts and experts. We want to help open up the world of sparkling wine, and share with you a selection of our favourites from classic Champagne, brut and rose, to traditional Spanish Cava and French Crémant, top Italian Prosecco and the new wave of Pet-Nats that have been causing a stir with their ancestral methods. A light drink on arrival will set the scene as you discover the wonderful world of sparkling wine, and its bubbles.
