The English Distillery

Nestled in the picturesque Norfolk countryside, The English Distillery is a testament to the passion and dedication of its founders, who set out in 2006 to revive the tradition of English whisky-making. As England's oldest registered whisky distillery, it has become a cherished landmark for whisky enthusiasts around the world. The distillery sources the finest local ingredients, including Norfolk barley and pure water, to ensure every drop of whisky reflects the character and terroir of its surroundings.

Although a young project, they've already made a name for themselves. Most recently, they were named 'The World’s Best Single Malt Whisky’ for The English Sherry Cask in the 2024 World Whiskies Awards. We'll be tasting this incredible whisky alongside several of their other small batch whiskies for one special evening on 24th October in Primrose Hill.
