Winemaker Dinner: Timo Mayer (Yarra Valley)

Timo Mayer is a rockstar of the Yarra Valley known for his bold and unapolegetic approach to winemaking. Born with a German soul and raised among the rolling vineyards of the Yarra Valley, Timo’s mantra is all about "bringing back the funk." With a cheeky smile and a knack for pushing boundaries, he crafts wild, natural wines that are as vibrant as his personality. His Pinot Noir and Syrah are amongst some of the best from Australia, and known for the high-octane aromatics from whole bunch fermentation. Timo’s wines have garnered a cult following around the world and we're so happy he always makes time for us on his UK visits. 

We'll be hosting Timo on 11th September in Victoria Park Village with a light dinner prepared by our Michelin Bib Gourmand neightbours The Empress. Space is limited.
