James Eadie Highland 11 yr Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks, this single malt from Teaninich was finished for 11 months in first-fill Malaga Oak casks, a fortified wine made with Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel grapes. Less malty than James Eadie's Speyside, it has more tropical fruit notes on the nose whilst having a more biscuity, creamy, and honeyed character on the palate. With luscious notes of mango, papaya, corinth raisins, and short bread biscuit, this single malt is a great crowd-pleaser.
