Old Potrero Whiskey

Made in an 18th century American method from 100% rye in a copper still before maturation in lightly toasted oak barrels. Rich and honeyed, as one would expect, with notes of pepper coming from the rye and barrel, and extra layers of complexity giving with a long, pleasurable finish. Named after a hill in San Fransisco.
