Sloe Boat Gin

Distilled in county Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, Boatyard Distillery steeped their regular gin for 6 months in really juicy and plump sloe berries. The palate does open up with a light juniper hit from the gin, and gives way to moreish blackberry, blackcurrant, red plum, almond, and honeysuckle. Seriously good on its own in front of the fireplace.
