Vermouth di Torino Rosso

An upscale red vermouth using a Marsala base wine along with an infusion of rhubarb, gentian, and absinthe to enhance its characteristic herbaceous-bitter notes to balance the natural sweetness (180g/L).  Intense citrus hints are evident with sweet and bitter orange filling the palate, with a lovely hint of balsamic emerging due to the use of myrrh and aloe. The finish is long with elegant spicy notes given by licorice and China Calissaia. Perfect on its own chilled after dinner, it is also a great ingredient for a classy Negroni cocktail.
