A stunning wine by a superb producer. The mineral rich Premier Cru Chablis from Christian Moreau's Vaillon vineyard shows a textural complexity and finesse that is tough to out match. It's tropical fruit, zesty lemon peel and stony pebble like texture are rounded out by the light use of oak to add a creamy buttery touch. Its Complex, fleshy and long with wonderful depth.  |O|
