Clement's village Chablis is sopisticated and classicaly styled, showing intelligent restraint at only 12.5% ABV.  Sophisticated and classicaly styled Chablis. Very bright, finely textured, delicate sherbet on entry, ever so slightly icy in the mid, crunchy green fruit in the long and linear finish. (obviously not finished pls dont print or publish)
