Tavel is a region in the Southern Rhone, situated just across the river from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, that produces some of the most vibrantly coloured roses out there. This dry rose is teeming with notes of candied strawberry and earthy raspberry, and just a touch of yoghurt on the finish. One to try if you like chilled reds.
