Timo Mayer gives his wines elegance and a sense of place with low-intervention winemaking and a year of maturation in used oak. Made using whole bunches, the wine is a little 'stemmy' in a good way as the aromatic berried-nose is balanced by an edgy light spice and herbal finish. |nc|
