A delicious, concentrated super-Tuscan which is drinking well now but has plenty of life ahead of it. Aged for 18 months in French barrique (60% new), this wine is wonderfully perfumed with ripe black cherry, plum, potpourri. Well integrated oak adds cedar, smoke and clove, with a delightful kick of liquorice on the finish.
