'Les Monts Ferres 1er Cru'

New to the Leclerc-Briant range, this wine was made with Chardonnay farmed biodynamically on a single plot in Vertus. Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 9 months before bottling and using a very minimal 1.4 g/L dosage, this Champagne has great character with its creamy bubble and notes of almond, lemon, acacia, white peach, and terrific tension and minerality. |O|B|
