'Les Genevrières' easily rivals 'Les Perrières' for the top 1er cru vineyard in the hierarchy of Meursault's finest as it has similar exposition and slope, yet with more mineral content. Named after the juniper bushes that once dotted the vineyard, the wines from this site often offer a little more herbiness than its counterparts in Meursault.
