Milu

Germán Blanco is a young winemaker who is championing a fresher style of Ribera del Duero, with minimal oak. He works with old vineyards, many of which are planted at over 900m altitude. He uses foot-treading, wild yeast and minimal handling. Milú is fresh and juicy with black cherries, plum, black pepper and bright acidity. |O|V|
