From a small plot of of over 60 year old vines, this is the estate's finest wine. Aged completely in 500L oak barrels, it is complex and nuanced. The oak does add a delightful toastiness on the nose, cut through with notes of lemon zest, then the palate is more generous with more rich apple notes appearing and a long finish.
