Polish Hill - Clare Valley

An Australian classic, worth tucking away for at least a few years, with ample reward if you do. The vines here (100km north of Adelaide) struggle in rocky, barely fertile soil, producing small, thick-skinned bunches, and consistently taut, pristine, steely Riesling, almost bone dry. Bright citrus pith and delicate floral aromas partner a tight, developing palate. |O|
