This is a dangerously moreish St Joseph. Really juicy and savoury with blackcurrant and bramble fruits with a touch of smokey bacon and chocolate and the nose has a touch of garrigue and olive brine. The palate is not as full as you might expect it to be and the tannins are luxuriously silky. |B|V|
