"Mise d'Ete" is the summer bottling of Domaine Paul Prieur's Sancerre Blanc. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, 5% of the wine spends time in new oak, adding a creamy richness on the palate. This bottling has some weight on the palate, with richer grapefruit and peach character, and more restraint on herbaceousness. Good mineral salinity. |O|nc|
