Semillon

Fantastic value for such a good low-intervention wine.  Situated in the Margaret River region, the vines are farmed biodynamically and fermentation is kept cool so there is no malolactic fermentation and every note of freshness is retained.  Lots of zippy orange fruit and herbal overtones. Unfiltered, with minimal added sulphites.  |nc|B|V|
