Soave Classico 'Casette Foscarino'

From selected old vine parcels at higher altitude, picked later than the grapes for their other Soave, the fruit for Casette Foscarino has a wonderful concentration.  8 months in barriques adds richness and depth to the palate, so we get quite a full bodied white with flavours of honey, almonds and dried apricots. |V|
