This is a rich, bready and oily textured wine with juicy, ripe melon and peach flavours. Aged 100% in old oak 600litre demimuids barrels, there is a soft roundness to the finish with a touch of white pepper. the mineral character comes out too with 40 year old vines planted over limestone with a granite base.
