Watson Ranch Chardonnay

Clearly made from exceptionally high quality grapes, this is a take on Napa Chardonnay that forgoes new oak in favour of boundless complexity of fruit: think orange, pineapple, baked apple and blossom. There's also heaps of minerality, and emerging notes of ginger, cinammon and honey demonstrate that this will improve for many years to come.
